Tom Mullins’ perspective derives from wide-ranging travels, living in London, Beirut and Switzerland and marrying in Morocco. He now explores the mix of cultures and ideologies – indigenous and official – found among the neighborhoods, monuments and memorials of this so-called “capitol of the free world,” Washington, D.C.
